Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Refund Process

- We will provide you with a return shipping label
- Ship the product back to us
- Once received, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Afterpay: Payments will be adjusted accordingly
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Products purchased on final sale
- Items returned after 30 days
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
