If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging
- Used products are eligible for return if you experienced adverse reactions
- Heavily used products (more than 50% used) may receive partial refund
How to Return
- Contact our support team at support@skinfresh.com.au
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Ship the product back using the provided label
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or charge the additional amount.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
