If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
Products must be in original packaging
Used products are eligible for return if you experienced adverse reactions
Heavily used products (more than 50% used) may receive partial refund

How to Return

Include your order number and reason for return
We'll send you a prepaid return label
Ship the product back using the provided label
Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges

Want to exchange for a different product? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or charge the additional amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
